FFA was born on 2nd February, 1979 in Ghana. Her real name is Fatem Agyenpe Assou-Ekotto. Her parents, Charles Assou-Ekotto and Fatema, are retired engineers who have been living in the United States of America. When Fatema was two years old, her family fled from the country to the United States of America. Her parents later came back to Ghana only to be murdered in front of their house by their own sons. Since then, FFA has been living in the US with her older brother and her family. When FFA was three years old, her family migrated to South Africa where she spent the next four years with her family.
