The Las Vegas office of Half Price Lawyers is opening soon. The firm has been in Las Vegas since 2009, but only recently opened a satellite office. After taking over the firm in May 2013, Glenn Truitt said he decided to open the office to meet the legal needs of the Las Vegas community. He will be in the office for at least one day a week. He has no plans to charge clients for the service, but he said he’ll be available to assist clients whenever needed.
Despite the recent name change, half price lawyers’ attorneys are still under the same name. However, in a new business arrangement, the name was licensed to a third party. Former management was unable to obtain a license for the Half Price Lawyers name, so they were forced to reopen under new management. The new owners chose the name “Half Price Lawyers” after Mark Coburn’s bankruptcy. Mark Coburn has remained unemployed since the firm’s closure in February.
